Appointment Availability
You may have noticed that we are scheduling initial appointments out into October! If you are ready to start your estate planning or would like to update your will, trust, or powers of attorney, we know that the wait time can be unexpected and perhaps frustrating. We encourage you to schedule your appointment though because October will be here before you know it! We do put you on a waitlist in case a sooner appointment becomes available.
See below for more information about our appointment availability.
Current Clients
We hold time on our calendar for clients with ongoing matters, so it may be possible to schedule your appointment within the coming weeks. However, do not be surprised if we need to schedule you 4-5 weeks out. We will always put you on a waitlist.
Probate Appointments
We are currently accepting new probate clients. Call or email us to set up an initial consultation in the coming weeks (you will not be able to self-schedule on our website unless you would like to wait until October).
Urgent Matters
We hold limited time on our schedule for urgent matters, such as when a person is experiencing an unexpected medical situation and they need to sign their will or power of attorney as soon as possible. We can sometimes meet the client at the hospital or at their home in these circumstances. Call or email us to schedule.
Estate Planning
New client appointments are currently being scheduled starting in October. Feel free to self-schedule on our website, or call or email to schedule.
Updating an Estate Plan Prepared by Jordan Law Firm
If we prepared your estate plan and you would like to update it, often we can start with email or portal communications. Let us know the changes you would like to make, and we can give you a sense of when we can work it into our schedule. If you would like to start with a discussion with Sarah about the changes or whether you need to make changes, we may need to schedule you for an appointment in October or later in the year.
